Data is submitted to GRESB through a secure online platform and can only be seen by current GRESB Staff or authorized personnel from GRESB’s parent company. GRESB benchmark results are not made public. The only entities that can access the benchmark results of participants are:
- Participant’s own organization;
- GRESB Investor Members;
- For Infrastructure Asset Participants, GRESB Infrastructure Fund Manager Members.
No other third parties will see these results.
For non-listed entities, GRESB Members (Investors, Lenders and Fund Managers in the case of the Infrastructure Asset Assessment) must request access to your Benchmark Report, which contains your GRESB Results. You are able to accept or deny this request.
For listed entities, GRESB Members automatically have access to your GRESB Results.
First-year participants can submit the Assessment without providing GRESB Members with the ability to request access to their results. This is referred to as a “Grace Period”.
