GRESB Managers who participated in an Assessment receive an annual invoice at the beginning of the subsequent year. The annual invoice is based on the number of participating entities.
Paying annually in this way, before the Portal opens on April 1 each year, enables you to take advantage of lower fees for multiple participating entities.
If the annual invoice is not paid before April 1, you can still submit your Assessment and pay the participation fee at the time of Assessment submission. If you pay at the time of submission you will not benefit from the lower multiple-entity pricing that applies to the annual invoice option. In addition, paying at the time of submission via invoice will incur an invoice administration fee of EUR 500. There is no administration fee when paying by credit card.
If you participate with more entities than covered by your annual invoice, you can pay for the additional entities at the time of submission taking advantage of the lower multiple entity pricing. Please be aware that the invoice administration fee of EUR 500 will still apply if you request to pay by invoice at this time. There is no administration fee when paying by credit card.
For managers participating with multiple entities, we are not able to prepare separate invoices for the individual participating entities.
