This year, we have introduced a new Review Period to strengthen the reliability of the benchmark results. The Review Period gives you the option to request a review of your preliminary results prior to the release of the final results in November.
The Review Period is open between October 1-15, 2020. It is intended to be used in cases where you believe that there has been incorrect or incomplete data input, or an inaccurate validation or scoring decision.
Requests are made at the entity level and are charged a EUR 4,000 fee. If the request relates to incorrect input data, GRESB will reopen your Assessment and you can correct your response. All corrected data will be validated by GRESB. The fee is payable in all instances, including if the corrected data is not accepted and there has not been any change in scoring.
If the request relates to inaccurate validation or scoring decisions, GRESB will evaluate the request and communicate the final decision to you. The EUR 4,000 fee is reimbursed in these cases.
The GRESB team will evaluate your request between 15 – 22 October. The decisions are final and cannot be appealed. We will only take into consideration requests submitted within the official request period.
To place a review request, please complete the Review Period Process Form between October 1-15, 2020.
