The Response Check is carried out by GBCI and features a high-level review of your Assessment response followed by a discussion call. After the discussion call, you will receive a feedback report highlighting issues found.
The Response Check does not exclude you from the validation process. It is intended to ensure you have not overlooked important details in your submission and provides you the opportunity to ask for additional guidance and clarification on the GRESB Assessment indicators.

When can you request a Response Check?
You can request a Response Check once you have completed all sections in the Assessment. We strongly encourage participants to place their request as early as possible because there are a fixed number of appointments and it is not uncommon for requests to surpass availability in June.
What is the cost of a Response Check?
The Response Check is EUR 1,750 (USD 2,050) per participating entity.
Can I make changes to the Assessment after the Response Check?
Yes, the purpose of the Response Check is to help you provide a complete and accurate Assessment submission. You can use the Response Check feedback to review your responses before you submit.
