GRESB assesses the sustainability performance of real estate and infrastructure portfolios and assets worldwide. More than 75 institutional investors, collectively representing over USD 18 trillion in institutional capital, use GRESB data and analytical tools. In 2018 GRESB assessed 903 real estate funds and property companies, 75 infrastructure funds, 280 infrastructure assets and 25 debt portfolios.
Join us on Wednesday, 10 October in Auckland for the 2018 GRESB Real Estate Results for New Zealand where we provide insights into the ESG performance of real estate portfolios. This event is in hosted by Bayleys in partnership with NZGBC, CoreNet Global | New Zealand Chapter, and ANZ.
The annual results events present a unique opportunity for the global real asset community to engage on the current state of sustainability in the sector, review emerging trends from the annual GRESB Assessments, and celebrate the continued growth of our movement.
