Finding the courses
To find the online Real Estate and Infrastructure courses, navigate to the “2020 Online Training” link in the EVENT menu tab on the GRESB website. Click on the logo of the course you would like to register for.

Registration
To enroll for the course, you must first register on the GRESB website.
[This is a different platform than the GRESB Portal, so having a login for the Portal does not mean you already have a login for the website.]
Choose a username and fill in your email address. You will receive a confirmation email to set your password. Once you have done that, you can enroll in the course by returning to the “2020 Online Training” page in the EVENT menu tab on the GRESB website.

Enrolling and logging in
Fill in your login credentials to enroll in the course. When you have logged in, you will have access to the course content.

No confirmation email?
If you do not receive the confirmation email to set your password within a few minutes of registering, please check your Spam folder. Be sure to mark the email as “Not Spam” so that any future emails through the website will arrive in your inbox. Gmail users should also check their Updates or Promotions tab for the confirmation email.

Overview of the Training Content, Format & Audience
CONTENT
What’s GRESB all about? How are the 2020 Assessments structured? What’s the difference between the Components? How to report correctly and in the most efficient way? How does validation work? How is ESG data scored and benchmarked?
FORMAT
The online courses are modular and self-paced. The goal is always to keep things practical and actionable. If you complete the course you can participate in a live Q&A session with GRESB, which will take place in early April.
AUDIENCE
The training is designed for new GRESB participants who are looking to gain competency in reporting to the 2020 Assessments. It’s also relevant for existing participants and GRESB Partners who would like a refresher on the reporting process.
Partners are eligible to submit case studies for the online courses.
