GRESB experience:
ES began supporting its clients with their GRESB Submissions in 2016. In 2021, they are supporting 13 clients report on 30 funds across Europe. With the expert support of ES consultants, clients GRESB scores are improving year-on-year and achieving five-star funds.
As participation in the GRESB assessment grows in Germany (there was almost a 100% increase from 24 to 44 entities in 2020), ES is able to support your submission from start to finish, and ensure that it is fully integrated into your wider ESG strategy.

Over the past 20 years this has lead ES to an impressive track record of green building certifications and due diligence across Europe with a focus on existing commercial buildings.
To ensure a high level of quality for their clients and to share experiences with others ES is engaged with several real estate specific sustainability organizations such as the German NSO of BRE named TÜV Süd/DIFNI, DGNB, US Green Building Council and is a founding member of the German Green Building Association (GGBA).
