As an industry chamber directly led by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC), CRECC is one of the most influential organizations in China’s real estate sector, recognized as a 4A-level national social organization by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Its members cover the entire real estate industry chain, and as of today, the chamber has over 800 member enterprises. Additionally, CRECC has established 17 specialized branches in different sub-sectors, significantly strengthening its service capabilities.
CRECC provides a wide range of services, including industry strategy research, investment planning, international cooperation, and brand development.
