2024 GRESB Public Results
Real Estate: This year’s Real Estate Assessment saw a record 2,223 listed and non-listed portfolios participate, generating a benchmark that covers USD 7 trillion of gross asset value (GAV) across 80 markets.
Infrastructure: This year, the Infrastructure Fund Assessment covered 167 participating funds, and the Infrastructure Asset Assessments included 720 assets, across 81 countries. The Infrastructure Benchmark now covers approximately USD 468 billion of GAV at the fund level and USD 1.6 trillion at the asset level (including development assets).
“This is the 15th year of the GRESB Benchmarks, and it reflects the remarkable strides that our participants have made in sustainability. We are both proud and encouraged to see the continuous improvement and dedication of GRESB Participants to responsible investment practices,” said Sebastien Roussotte, CEO at GRESB.

Results Consultation
Please note that Results Consultations are now available, through January 15, 2025. This service provides participants with detailed insights into the validation process, points allocation for each indicator, and upcoming changes to the 2025 GRESB Assessment. It also highlights opportunities for performance improvement over time.
The GRESB Member Success team will conduct the Results Consultation, which includes a comprehensive review of your GRESB Assessment results as presented in the Benchmark Report, followed by a discussion call. Prior to the call, you will receive a Results Consultation report to prepare, and a final version of the report will be sent after the call to address specific questions and to help you effectively navigate your assessment results.
GRESB is also pleased to announce that participants who make use of a Results Consultation will have the opportunity to book a 1-hour discussion with the Member Success Team in Q1 2025 to discuss the 2025 Standards Changes in more detail.
Find out more about the Results Consultation service and how to request one here.
