The GRESB Sector Leaders are the best performers by sector, region, and nature of ownership from across the GRESB Real Estate and Infrastructure Fund, Asset, and Development Asset Assessments. This year, we continue to recognize the entity with the top GRESB Score, and all entities that score within one point of the top score for each category. - The Real Estate Standing Investment Benchmark involves participants who complete the Performance and Management components of the GRESB Real Estate Assessment.

View the 2024 Real Estate – Development Sector Leaders. - The GRESB Infrastructure Fund and Asset Assessments provide a basis for systematic reporting, objective scoring, and peer benchmarking of ESG management and performance for infrastructure funds and assets worldwide. The Infrastructure Development Asset Assessment gives participants a Development Asset Benchmark Report, which shows their assets’ standing relative to peers.
