Join us on October 25th for the 2021 GRESB Infrastructure Results Event, where we will provide insights into the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance of infrastructure portfolios in EMEA! In addition to the annual GRESB results, we’ll be hearing from World Green Building Council, the Global Listed Infrastructure Organization, and EVORA.
Catriona Brady, Director of Strategy and Development at the WGBC will be presenting their latest report, Beyond Buildings: Integrated Sustainability in Vertical and Horizontal Infrastructure – State of the Market Report. The report touches on the UNSDG framework, buildings and infrastructure as part of a whole system as well as their interfaces and differences, the key role of finance, and a call to action for a systematic approach for linking schemes like GRESB with CEEQUAL, LEED, etc.
Fraser Hughes, CEO of GLIO, will give a run-through of the GLIO/GRESB ESG Index and perspectives a year into the launch.
Nick Hogg, Director at EVORA, will discuss the needs and issues of data collection for asset management and reporting purposes. Robust data will be especially important going forward in light of the post-COVID emphasis on “building back better” and the increasing need to focus on tackling climate change. We’ll also explore whether data needs for the infrastructure industry are in line with or differ from the real estate sector.
