    This instalment will look at establishing the GRESB Performance Component and how to measure what matters. We’ll also hear from Ethan Gilbert, ESG Program Manager from Prologis. Prologis was a GRESB leader in LatAm in 2020.

    COVID-19 clearly demonstrated the need for more resilient investments and underscored the need to unlock more innovative finance to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.

    During the panel discussion led by Wietse de Vries (Almazara | Real Assets Advisory), Vincent van Bijleveld (Finance Ideas), Maarten Jennen (PGGM) and Josien Piek (GRESB) discussed the determination and mitigation of climate risks.

    GRESB and Nordea partnered for the 3rd Annual Nordea | GRESB Green Building Forum, bringing together leading investors, market experts, and climate scientists who are shaping the sustainable financing markets of the future.

     

  • At this session, Amélie Delaunay, Director of Research and Professional Standards at ANREV joined by Ruben Langbroek, Head of Asia Pacific at GRESB, provided an introduction of ANREV’s ESG initiatives, as well as on GRESB’s Real Estate Assessment; followed by presentations by Jonathan Waite, Manager of Global Responsible Investments and Governance at APG Asset Management and Chewy Chang, Sustainability Manager at Lendlease, who touched upon the ESG practices of their respective organizations, with a slight focus on the Management component of GRESB’s assessment.

    At this session, Amélie Delaunay, Director of Research and Professional Standards at ANREV joined by Ruben Langbroek, Head of Asia Pacific at GRESB provided an introduction of ANREV’s ESG initiatives and GRESB’s Real Estate Assessment; followed by presentations by Tom Miller, Senior Managing Director – Head of Development and Sustainability at LaSalle Investment Management, and Feng Lu, Managing Director – Projects, Real Estate Group at CITIC Capital Holdings, who touched upon the ESG practices of their respective organizations, with a slight focus on the Performance component of GRESB’s assessment.
