GRESB Infrastructure is organizing a series of 3 Industry Working Groups (IWGs). IWGs are small, structured, expert groups of GRESB members and participants that address a specific development topic or research question relevant to the GRESB Infrastructure Assessments. GRESB members and participants are an integral part of the Assessment evolution process and can provide focused input to GRESB on specific development topics.
The first IWG is dedicated to Greenfield Assets and consideration of an Infrastructure Development Assessment. The GRESB Infrastructure Assessment is currently tailored towards operational infrastructure assets. The intention of this IWG is therefore to assess how ESG performance and risk factors vary in Greenfield Assets and how GRESB Infrastructure can address this.
The second IWG is dedicated to Social Infrastructure, Public-Private Partnerships and Special Purpose Vehicles. This IWG will analyze how ESG factors vary in the case of Social Infrastructure assets financed under a typical PPP structure.
The third IWG is dedicated to sector specific elements. This IWG will include an analysis of the different infrastructure sectors and how specific Asset Assessment Indicators (including Performance Indicators, Risks and Policies) vary across the infrastructure sectors.
GRESB Industry Working Groups are open to GRESB Members, Partners and participants. To register for a working group, please follow the appropriate link below.
