2019 GRESB Resilience Module Results | New York
December 3 | 8:30 am - 10:30 amFree
Institutional investors want to know more about climate risk and resilience. This was the key finding from a recent survey of GRESB investor members around the world. They recognize that property and infrastructure companies face real and growing challenges associated with transition, physical, and social risks, and they want to know more about how their investments are addressing these global challenges.
Over the last two years, GRESB has been collaborating with partners around the world to meet the growing need for this new kind of information. This effort includes the GRESB Resilience/TCFD Module. This supplement to the core GRESB assessments provides real asset companies and funds with a TCFD-aligned framework to report on governance, risk management, business strategy, and performance measurement.
This event will share new results from the second year of the Resilience/TCFD Module, including information on the performance of 316 companies and funds representing property, infrastructure, and new development. This will be followed by an expert panel reacting to the new information and sharing perspectives on the year ahead.
This thought leadership event is part of a global series convened through a partnership between GRESB and Arup.
