March 8 - Amsterdam
GRESB is pleased to organize a seminar on Tenant Engagement, in partnership with GRESB Premier Partners hello energy and Keepfactor and GRESB Partner Real Service, hosted by GRESB Premier Partner Cushman & Wakefield.
In the commercial real estate sector, the relationship between landlords and tenants/occupiers is important for securing and maintaining rental income as well as for managing risks that arise during use of a building. Tenant engagement is undertaken to increase the satisfaction of tenants and, with that, their likelihood of remaining in buildings.
In this seminar, various methods of tenant/occupier engagement will be presented along with highlights from recent research linking occupier satisfaction and property performance. The event will close with a panel discussion showcasing different stakeholder perspectives and be followed by networking and drinks.
