GRESB welcomes Cushman & Wakefield as a new member

GRESB is delighted to welcome leading global commercial property consultant, Cushman & Wakefield LLP, as a GRESB member.

Sustainability is a core component of Cushman & Wakefield’s services. It advises clients regarding a variety of sustainability related issues from investment and asset management to development and planning. Head of Sustainability Andries van der Walt said ‘The last two years have seen a significant shift in the role of sustainability in real estate investment decision making. An increased emphasis on fund level sustainability reporting is probably the most apparent manifestation of this change, with GRESB taking centre stage as the industry tool of choice. Cushman & Wakefield is excited to be part of this initiative and will continue to serve the interests of our clients through our involvement with GRESB’.
