The Crown Estate joins GRESB.
The Crown Estate is a UK based organisation, which holds property owned by the Crown. Its diverse portfolio includes property and land with approximately £8.1 billion in capital value. Claudine Blamey of the Crown Estate said ‘we are delighted to join GRESB and look forward to participating in the 2013 benchmarking’.
