Lord Green Real Estate Strategies joins GRESB

We are delighted to announce that Lord Green Real Estate Strategies has joined GRESB.

Founder Mychele Lord will also sit on GRESB’s Benchmark Committee, which has been set up to give technical advice regarding the content and development of the GRESB Survey.

Lord Green are real estate experts who help clients incorporate sustainability into their existing business models and asset strategies.  Lord Green joined GRESB “… to best serve our many institutional clients that utilize the survey.  Since we are integrally involved with our clients’ reporting, serving on GRESB’s benchmarking committee allows us strategic involvement in the continuous improvement of the survey itself and, in turn, asset performance.”
