GRESB Publishes its 2012 Report
The 2012 GRESB Report is released today!
Download the Report or the Executive Summary
The Report is based on sustainability data gathered from almost 450 property companies and funds around the world, providing aggregate information for 36,000 properties, representing US$1,300 billion in global assets under management. There has been a 30 percent increase in the response rate to this year’s Survey, with particularly significant increases in the Americas and Europe.
Publication of the Report will be followed up in mid-September by the launch of GRESB’s online scorecards. Accessible to respondents and authorized investor members via a secure online portal, these contain further information regarding individual fund and property company results.
